My photographs from the Cartagena Aviary highlight the vibrant life inside one of the largest bird sanctuaries in the Americas, home to more than 1,700 birds across 160+ species. From brilliant macaws to elegant flamingos, each image reflects the Aviary’s mission to preserve Colombia’s native wildlife through immersive, natural habitats. It’s a place where color, conservation, and the beauty of tropical birds come together in every frame.
